Ahhhhh, the joy of having a four day weekend. With my usual day off being a Thursday, and the 4th of July Holiday being Friday, I managed to luck out having a four day weekend this weekend. I can’t believe I haven’t posted in well over a month….how odd of me, but not really given the fact that I have been trying to spend less time on the computer and more time in the gym. This has been both good and frustrating all at the same time. Thankfully my back has been MUCH better - still gives me the occasional twinge, but not limiting me as much in the things I can do. I have yet to go for a run with hills, but that will come up next week and if all goes well with that I can push even more ahead. Read the rest of this entry »

Today’s post is going to be a bunch of random gibberish, lol….
Why???? Because I have to play catch up for the last few weeks of not blogging, because i’ve been so busy being injured, working, and trying to get my butt in shape.
